RTR analysts and systems engineers have provided our DoD and DHS clients with experienced developmental and operational test support analysts and engineers to evaluate some of their most important ACAT I programs. Our test services are focused primarily on operational test and analysis for both DoD and DHS and we depend heavily on leveraging our statistical analysis and systems engineering tools and our experience in data analytics and modeling, simulation and analysis (MS&A) to assist our efforts.
As an organization RTR provides a full range of T&E services from design of test, field test support, analysis of test results, and test documentation. All of the services are performed in accordance with any applicable organizational standards. For example, RTR led a team of test engineers supporting the initial operational test of DHS CBP’s re-engineered TECS Modernization Program. Our analysts are experienced in formal verification, validation, and accreditation (VV&A) of software applications and simulation modeling systems. RTR supported NAVAIR as the accreditation agent for all of the model based system engineering tools used in the development of the Navy’s P-8A.
Finally, RTR understands that the costs associated with testing can often be a barrier to executing a viable test strategy. We work with programs to get an early start in order to leverage, to the greatest extent possible, integrated developmental and operational test opportunities and techniques. This integration lowers the total cost of testing while delivering a better final product.
